With the Portal, students have access to information about their education. This includes viewing your classes (schedules, attendance and grades), registering for classes, financial aid packaging and award letters, making payments online, contacting your advisors, as well as downloading and uploading documents and forms associated with your enrollment.

At the top of the BBC home page go to Current Students and then click on Student Portal in the drop-down menu. First-time users will need to create an account – click on Create New Accounts. You will need your Student ID# (exp. JS001234), a valid email address on record with the Registrar’s Office, and your mother’s maiden name to create an account. When you click Next, you will be asked to confirm your email address - this email should be the one on record with the Registrar’s Office. If the email address is wrong, or in the event you do not have and email account, click “No”; the account creation will end and you will be directed to contact the Registrar’s Office.

When you click “Yes”, you will need to enter a new password. You can use the same password that you use for eClass (or on the various campus computers), just remember that passwords for the Student Portal are case sensitive: “abc” is not the same as “Abc”.

After you click “Submit”, a confirmation message will be sent to your email; confirm the email and your account will be ready for you to use. If you wait, your account will be confirmed after one full business day. Either way, go to the Student Portal login page to use your account.

If you forget your password go to the Portal login page and click on Forgot your password? You will be asked to verify your identity and then create a new password for the Portal.
